Operator and acceptance

Academy is operated by Olamide Olatayo Bello Corporation. By creating an account or using Academy, you agree to these terms. Institution administrators must have authority to register and manage their institution.

Accounts and institution responsibilities

Keep credentials private, maintain accurate account information, assign appropriate access, and promptly report unauthorized access through your institution administrator. Students, parents and staff receive accounts from their institution. Public registration creates an institution administrator account, not platform super-administrator access.

Permitted use

Use Academy for authorized education and administration. Do not access another institution’s data, upload unlawful content, disrupt the service, impersonate others, infringe intellectual property, or misuse student or employee information.

Records and decisions

Your institution is responsible for the accuracy of its records, authorized collection of personal data, grading policies, exam rules, employment decisions, payroll review, and compliance obligations. Payroll output is a draft and does not itself calculate every statutory obligation or transfer money. Location records can be inaccurate and require human review.

Content and ownership

Your institution and its contributors retain their rights in uploaded records and learning content. You authorize processing of that content to provide Academy. Academy software, branding and original platform materials are owned by Olamide Olatayo Bello Corporation, subject to third-party rights and licenses.

Availability and changes

Features may change or be temporarily unavailable. Institutions should maintain appropriate exports and backups and verify important results. No particular accreditation, examination outcome, regulatory compliance, or uninterrupted availability is promised. Paid services, if offered, require clear pricing and separate purchase terms before payment.

Suspension and liability

Access may be restricted to address abuse, security incidents or account closure. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Questions and updates

Contact your institution administrator for account or service questions and requests for escalation to the operator. Material changes will be reflected in an updated version of these terms.
